What are skills?
Skills are reusable AI workflows that extend DrClaw's capabilities. Each skill packages a specific task, automation, or specialized knowledge into a shareable module that DrClaw and your sub-agents can trigger with natural language.
Think of skills as plugins for your AI practice. They allow DrClaw to perform specialized tasks without you having to explain the entire workflow every time.

Getting started
Adding a skill to DrClaw is simple. You can browse our library of skills, pick the ones that fit your practice, and add them with one click. No technical setup required. If you are comfortable with code, you can also use the command below to add skills directly:
How skills work
Once a skill is added, DrClaw uses it automatically when you ask. You do not need to remember commands or open separate tools.

Privacy and patient data
Your privacy matters. Skills only access information you choose to share, and they run inside your secure Cline workspace. We do not track your conversations or share your data.
